BCE Inc. and Celestica announced a collaboration to develop sovereign AI infrastructure in Canada, aimed at supporting government and regulated industries.

The partnership combines Bell’s AI Fabric platform, including its fiber network, data centers, and cloud capabilities, with Celestica’s hardware manufacturing and supply chain expertise. The initiative is designed to enable secure, domestically controlled AI deployments, ensuring sensitive data remains within Canada.

The companies said the collaboration will help build a trusted AI ecosystem with local infrastructure and supply chains, strengthening Canada’s position in AI development and deployment.
