Circle Stock Rose 5.8% Thursday, Extends Gains in Premarket Trading

Circle Internet Group shares closed Thursday at $85.09, up 5.77%, and were trading another 3.34% higher at $87.92 in Friday premarket trading.

The Thursday move came as TD Cowen raised its price target on Circle to $92 from $87 while maintaining a Buy rating. Based on Thursday’s close, the revised target implied roughly 8% additional upside.

The gain was also supported by a constructive backdrop for crypto-related stocks. Stronger Bitcoin prices, improving risk appetite and continued interest in stablecoins and digital-payment infrastructure have helped sentiment toward Circle.

Circle remains closely tied to the growth of USDC, giving the company exposure to expanding stablecoin use across trading, payments and institutional digital-finance applications.

Friday’s premarket advance suggests that positive momentum has continued beyond the initial analyst action, with investors still focused on Circle’s longer-term position in the stablecoin market.
