Salesforce appointed Robin Washington as President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer, effective March 21, 2025. She will continue serving on the Board and has a compensation package that includes a base salary of $1.1 million, a bonus, stock options, and a $8.5 million sign-on bonus. Washington's previous experience includes roles at Gilead Sciences and Hyperion Solutions.

Brian Millham, the current President and COO, will retire and transition to an advisor role. Amy Weaver, the CFO, will remain until Washington takes over.
