Graphic Packaging Executive Leadership Change – May 2025

Effective May 1, 2025, Maggie Bidlingmaier resigned from her position as Executive Vice President and President, Americas, at Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Her employment with the company will officially end on June 2, 2025.
Joseph P. Yost, who previously served as Executive Vice President and President, International since January 2022, has now reassumed the role of EVP and President, Americas. Yost had held the same Americas leadership role from 2017 to 2022 and has been with the company in various management roles since 1997.
In recognition of the broader responsibilities in his new role, Yost received the following compensation adjustments effective May 1, 2025:
• Base salary increased by 5.1% to $765,000
• Annual cash incentive target raised from 75% to 85% of base salary
• Long-term equity incentive target increased from 185% to 200% of base salary
