German Consumer Confidence Weakens Further in November
Germany’s GfK Consumer Climate index fell to -30.8 for November, weaker than the -30.1 consensus estimate and down from -30.6 previously.
The decline points to continued caution among German households and suggests consumer sentiment remains under pressure despite some recent improvement in broader business indicators.
Additionally, Germany’s latest 10-year Bund auction cleared at a yield of 3.370%, down sharply from 3.580% at the previous auction.
