HubSpot Unveils Major Agentic AI Platform Overhaul With New Breeze Assistant
HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) introduced what it calls its most significant product release in years, rebuilding key parts of its customer platform around agentic AI. The Fall ’26 Spotlight includes a redesigned Breeze Assistant, a self-updating Smart CRM and a new Context Home designed to give AI agents continuously updated business and customer information.
The new Breeze Assistant moves beyond answering questions and can take actions on behalf of users, automatically assigning specialized AI agents to tasks such as creating campaigns, prospecting, preparing reports and developing sales proposals. Its actions are grounded in data stored in HubSpot’s CRM.
HubSpot is also expanding AI across marketing and sales workflows. Marketing Studio can identify opportunities and use specialized agents to build and personalize campaigns, while the upgraded Prospecting Agent monitors more than 40 buying signals. New tools can automatically capture meetings, update CRM records, prepare follow-ups and generate customer quotes.
The release strengthens HubSpot’s push to evolve from traditional CRM software toward an agentic customer platform, potentially increasing the value of its existing customer data by allowing AI agents to execute more sales, marketing and service workflows directly within HubSpot.
