Carrier Ventures Deepens Investment in ZutaCore to Advance AI Data Center Cooling
Carrier Global Corporation's venture arm has expanded its investment in ZutaCore, a California-based provider of waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology. The follow-on funding, building on an initial 2025 investment, is aimed at addressing the growing thermal management demands of high-density AI data centers. ZutaCore's HyperCool technology uses a closed-loop, two-phase system to remove heat directly at the chip, enabling denser compute configurations and improved energy efficiency. The partnership will also bolster Carrier's broader QuantumLeap suite of thermal and integrated data center management solutions.
