HubSpot, Inc. (NYSE: HUBS) reported strong fourth quarter and full year 2025 results, highlighted by double-digit revenue growth and improved profitability.
For Q4 2025, revenue rose 20% year over year to $846.7 million (18% in constant currency). Subscription revenue increased 21% to $829.0 million. GAAP operating margin improved to 5.7% from negative 1.5% a year earlier, while non-GAAP operating margin expanded to 22.6%. GAAP net income was $54.4 million, or $1.04 per diluted share, compared to $4.9 million in Q4 2024. Non-GAAP net income reached $162.5 million, or $3.09 per diluted share.
For full year 2025, revenue grew 19% to $3.13 billion (18% in constant currency). GAAP operating margin turned positive at 0.2%, compared to negative 2.6% in 2024, and non-GAAP operating margin improved to 18.6%. GAAP net income was $45.9 million, or $0.86 per diluted share, versus $4.6 million in 2024. Non-GAAP net income increased to $516.0 million, or $9.70 per diluted share.
