NTT, Inc., together with NTT DOCOMO, INC. and NTT DATA Group Corporation, announced that they will jointly exhibit at MWC Barcelona 2026, marking their first combined exhibition in seven years. The event will take place in Barcelona from March 2 to March 5, 2026, as the group seeks to strengthen its global brand presence following its corporate identity renewal in 2025.

Under the theme “Photonics Unlocks an Intelligent Power-Optimized Future,” the NTT Group will showcase technologies centered on IOWN optical innovations aimed at reducing energy consumption in an AI-driven society. Exhibits will highlight AI-resilient digital infrastructure, photonics-based data center and network technologies, optical quantum computing, and AI-powered services and solutions. NTT President and CEO Akira Shimada is also scheduled to deliver a keynote speech outlining how optical technologies can support sustainable growth amid rising AI-related power demand.
