Pearson and Deloitte have announced a new strategic alliance aimed at helping enterprises and government organizations address the global skills gap through AI-powered learning solutions.
Under the partnership, the two companies will co-develop end-to-end talent, leadership, and workforce development offerings, combining Pearson’s learning science and AI-enabled education products with Deloitte’s transformation and workforce design expertise. The collaboration will focus on areas such as AI learning, leadership development, skills intelligence, scaled content delivery, assessment, and credentialing to help organizations adapt to rapidly changing skill requirements.
As part of the alliance, Deloitte will act both as a strategic technology collaborator and a customer, deploying Pearson’s AI-powered learning solutions internally while also supporting Pearson’s broader AI adoption and growth strategy. The companies said the partnership is designed to deliver continuous, adaptive learning embedded in day-to-day work, enabling organizations to build more agile and future-ready workforces.
