NTT DOCOMO GLOBAL and Accenture Launch Universal Wallet Infrastructure
NTT DOCOMO GLOBAL and Accenture announced a partnership to develop and scale Universal Wallet Infrastructure (UWI), a platform designed to enable secure, interoperable digital identity, credential, and data management. The initiative aims to support AI-driven services while giving users greater control over their data and helping organizations meet regulatory and trust requirements.
The companies said UWI will support use cases across government, employment, travel, and enterprise services by enabling trusted, real-time data exchange and decentralized digital trust models.
