Equifax announced that it secured 27 new patents in the second half of 2025, bringing the total number of patents granted during the year to 62. Of the newly issued patents, 20 support the company’s artificial intelligence initiatives, strengthening its EFX*AI strategy and accelerating the development of cloud-based, AI-enabled solutions designed to expand financial opportunities for consumers.
As of November 2025, Equifax holds nearly 700 issued or pending patents across 15 countries, with more than 320 patents supporting its approach to responsible AI.
