Aon makes key leadership appointments within reinsurance client experience and advocacy

Aon announced new leadership appointments within its Reinsurance Solutions’ Client Services function to strengthen its global advocacy and client support. Steve Clark has been named global head of Claims and Client Services Advocacy, Ann Field has been appointed global head of Client Experience, Matt Moore will lead Client Services and Advocacy in North America, and David Griffiths will expand his role as global head of Claims Strategy and Innovation. These moves aim to enhance Aon’s ability to navigate growing client demands amid economic uncertainty and complex global events.

According to Leonora Siccardi, Aon's global head of Client Solutions for Risk Capital, these appointments will help Aon better support clients as they manage increasingly complicated claims and accounting challenges, including those stemming from events like the California wildfires, Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and the war in Ukraine.
