Accenture Acquires TalentSprint to Expand LearnVantage Training Platform

Accenture has announced the acquisition of TalentSprint, a Hyderabad-based deep tech education firm, from NSE Academy Ltd., to strengthen its LearnVantage platform. LearnVantage is Accenture’s $1 billion investment initiative aimed at helping organizations build future-ready workforces through advanced technology training.

Founded in 2009, TalentSprint offers certifications, bootcamps, and e-degrees in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, chip design, and digital transformation. The company works with leading academic institutions like IITs, IIMs, and IIITs, and will bring its 210-member team into Accenture’s LearnVantage division.

This acquisition enhances Accenture’s ability to deliver end-to-end workforce upskilling for both public and private sector clients. It follows Accenture’s earlier investments in Udacity and Award Solutions, and aligns with the firm’s mission to help clients evolve into “talent creators” amid technological disruption.

Ashishkumar Chauhan, CEO of NSE, said the deal reflects NSE’s decision to focus on core business areas. TalentSprint CEO Anurag Bansal noted the acquisition will scale the firm’s impact in delivering cutting-edge learning programs.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
