T-Mobile Appoints Daniel Drobac as Chief Accounting Officer
BELLEVUE, Wash., April 11, 2025 – T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) announced the appointment of Daniel J. Drobac as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective May 1, 2025. Drobac will succeed Dara Bazzano, who is retiring after serving as the company’s principal accounting officer through April 30.
Drobac, 49, has been with T-Mobile since 2017, most recently serving as Vice President, Accounting and Controller. He brings over two decades of accounting leadership experience, including roles at the Financial Accounting Standards Board and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
In connection with his promotion, Drobac will receive an annual base salary of $400,000 and a short-term incentive award target of 75% of that amount. Starting in 2026, he will be eligible for long-term equity awards valued at 100% of his target cash compensation. He will also be granted a one-time award of restricted stock units valued at $233,606, vesting semiannually over three years.
T-Mobile’s Compensation Committee approved the compensation terms as part of the leadership transition.
