Axon Appoints Former Pinterest CFO Todd Morgenfeld to Board
Axon Enterprise, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXON) announced the appointment of Todd Morgenfeld to its Board of Directors, effective August 28, 2025. He will also serve on the company’s Audit Committee and its Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Structure Committee.
Morgenfeld, 53, brings extensive financial and operational experience from leadership roles at Pinterest, where he served as CFO and later CFO/COO, as well as prior positions at Twitter, Hewlett-Packard, and Silver Lake Partners. He also sits on the boards of AppLovin and Urban Outfitters. A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army captain, Morgenfeld also holds an MBA from Stanford.
