Cigna Q2 2025: Revenue Up 11%, EPS Outlook Reaffirmed
The Cigna Group (NYSE: CI) posted Q2 2025 total revenues of $67.2 billion, up 11% year-over-year. Shareholders' net income was $1.5 billion ($5.71 per share), flat compared to $1.5 billion ($5.45 per share) in Q2 2024. Adjusted income from operations rose to $1.9 billion ($7.20 per share), from $1.9 billion ($6.72 per share) last year.
CEO David Cordani attributed the strong performance to disciplined execution and a resilient business mix. The company reaffirmed its full-year 2025 outlook for adjusted income from operations of at least $29.60 per share.
