Allstate Posts Strong Q2 2025 Results with $2.1 Billion Net Income
The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) reported strong second quarter results with net income of $2.1 billion and adjusted net income of $1.6 billion ($5.94 per share), boosted by a $643 million post-tax gain from the sale of its Employer Voluntary Benefits business.
Revenues rose 5.8% year-over-year to $16.6 billion. Policies in force reached 208 million, up 4%, driven by growth in Protection Plans and a rebound in personal property-liability policies. International Protection Plan revenues surged 30%, and the investment portfolio generated $754 million in income.
CEO Tom Wilson highlighted the company’s success in executing growth strategies and reallocating capital, including completing the $3.25 billion divestiture of its health businesses.
