The merger enhances Stifel's capabilities in Europe and supports its goal of becoming the premier global investment bank for the middle market. Bryan Garnier, founded in 1996, provides M&A advisory, equity capital markets, and private placement services. The firm will be gradually rebranded as Stifel, with Co-Founder Olivier Garnier becoming Chairman of Stifel Europe. Combined, the firms have executed over 500 European tech and healthcare deals since 2020.
