Clorox Appoints Gina Boswell to Board of Directors
The Clorox Company has announced that its Board of Directors has elected Gina Boswell as a new member, with the appointment becoming effective on May 19, 2025. Boswell will also join the company’s Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee on the same date.
Boswell will receive standard compensation for non-employee directors, along with the company’s director indemnification agreement. Clorox issued a formal press release to announce her election.
