General Dynamics Shareholders Approve Board Slate and Executive Pay, Reject Human Rights Proposal
At its annual meeting, General Dynamics shareholders elected all 13 director nominees, including CEO Phebe N. Novakovic and former Secretary of Defense James N. Mattis. Each candidate received strong support, with Mark M. Malcolm earning the highest approval. Shareholders also approved KPMG LLP as the company’s independent auditor for 2025 and endorsed the company’s executive compensation on an advisory basis. However, a shareholder proposal requesting a human rights impact assessment report was decisively rejected by over 94% of votes cast.
