Robinhood Markets reported strong Q1 2025 results, with total revenues rising 50% year-over-year to $927 million and net income more than doubling to $336 million.
Transaction-based revenues surged 77%, driven by cryptocurrency trading ($252 million), options ($240 million), and equities ($56 million). Average revenue per user rose 39% to $145, while total platform assets grew 70% to $221 billion, aided by record net deposits of $18 billion and the acquisition of TradePMR. Robinhood Gold subscribers reached 3.2 million, up 90%. Adjusted EBITDA rose 90% to $470 million, and the board expanded the share repurchase program by $500 million to $1.5 billion.
