Brookfield also highlighted accelerating AI infrastructure activity, including a partnership with NAVER to develop more than 200 MW of compute capacity in South Korea as part of a project expected to require about $9 billion of capital. BIP’s net equity commitment is expected to be approximately $100 million. :chatgpt-content-reference{index="2"}

The company deployed about $1.7 billion of equity year to date and expects additional asset sales could generate more than $1 billion of incremental proceeds before year-end. The 3.8% share gain appears to reflect steady FFO growth, strong data infrastructure performance and increasing visibility into AI-related capital deployment opportunities.
