UCB Selects Veeva Vault CRM for Global Commercial Operations
Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) said UCB has selected Veeva Vault CRM as its global customer engagement platform.
Vault CRM is designed specifically for life sciences and combines CRM capabilities with industry-focused AI to support commercial execution, product launches and customer engagement.
UCB said the platform will provide a scalable technology foundation for its commercial operations worldwide.
Vault CRM is part of Veeva’s broader CRM Suite, which includes agentic capabilities such as Agentic Call Report to help commercial teams identify treatment barriers and generate customer insights.
The deal expands Veeva’s adoption among large pharmaceutical companies and reinforces its position in life sciences commercial technology.
