Estée Lauder Targets Mid-Single-Digit Organic Growth and 16.5%-18.5% Margin by Fiscal 2030

The Estée Lauder Companies (NYSE: EL) outlined its fiscal 2030 ambition, targeting sustainable mid-single-digit organic sales growth, an adjusted operating margin of 16.5%-18.5% and double-digit adjusted EPS growth through 2030.

Management said the targets build on its Beauty Reimagined strategy and One ELC operating model, with growth expected to become more diversified across brands, product categories and geographic regions.

The company expects margin expansion to come from its Profit Recovery and Growth Plan, continued cost efficiencies, operating leverage and further gross margin improvement, while maintaining investment in brands and consumer-facing activities.

Estée Lauder also expects its adjusted effective tax rate to decline to 30% or below by fiscal 2030 and anticipates stronger free cash flow as earnings improve, restructuring payments decline and working capital efficiencies increase.

The targets signal a shift from near-term recovery toward sustained profitable growth, with management aiming to combine faster sales expansion with meaningful margin improvement over the next several years.
