Accenture and Kbrw Help Orange France Modernize Order Fulfillment Across Sales Channels

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and French supply chain software company Kbrw have been selected by Orange France to modernize the telecom operator’s order management and inventory processes across online channels, retail stores and business operations.

The project centers on Kbrw’s Order Management System, which Accenture is integrating with Orange France’s existing technology environment. The first phase is designed to provide customers with more accurate product availability and more reliable delivery dates for smartphones, SIM cards and other telecom equipment.

The system also supports functions such as pre-orders and inventory reservations. A later phase will extend the platform to replenishment orders for Orange retail stores, while B2B and enterprise orders are scheduled to be incorporated in 2027.

Orange France operates across multiple warehouses and logistics providers, making real-time inventory coordination increasingly important. Under the new architecture, the company’s ERP system will continue to manage transactional and financial records, while Kbrw’s platform will handle orders, inventory and fulfillment execution in real time.

Accenture is responsible for integrating and testing the system across Orange France’s sales, inventory and fulfillment operations. Over time, the platform is also expected to support after-sales functions such as equipment returns, repairs and refurbishment.

The announcement highlights Accenture’s role in large-scale digital transformation and supply chain modernization projects.
