Regeneron Q3 Revenue Jumps 36% as Dupixent, EYLEA HD and Libtayo Drive Growth

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: REGN) reported a strong third quarter of 2026, with revenue rising 36% year over year to $5.1 billion as key products delivered record sales growth.

Dupixent global net sales, recorded by Sanofi, increased 35% to $6.5 billion. EYLEA HD U.S. sales rose 62% to $699 million, while Libtayo global sales jumped 51% to $550 million.

Profit growth was also strong. GAAP net income increased 33% to $1.95 billion, while GAAP EPS rose 35% to $18.45. Non-GAAP net income climbed 67% to $2.15 billion, with adjusted EPS up 70% to $20.07.

Regeneron also expanded its antibody collaboration with Sanofi to include several next-generation, long-acting immunology antibodies. The agreement includes a $1.0 billion upfront payment that Regeneron expects to recognize as collaboration revenue in the fourth quarter, plus up to $7.0 billion of potential future milestones.

Pipeline momentum remained significant. Pasatru was approved by the FDA for fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, while Regeneron is advancing programs in multiple myeloma, lymphoma, obesity, MASH, POTS and ovarian cancer. The company expects an FDA decision for cemdisiran in generalized myasthenia gravis in November 2026.

For full-year 2026, Regeneron raised its expected gross margin on net product sales to approximately 80% on a GAAP basis and about 86% on a non-GAAP basis, while lowering expected SG&A expenses. R&D guidance was raised modestly as the company continues investing in its clinical pipeline.

Overall, the quarter showed broad-based commercial strength, substantial earnings growth and continued pipeline progress, with the expanded Sanofi partnership providing an additional near-term revenue catalyst.
