Trane Technologies Raises 2026 Revenue Guidance as Orders, Backlog and Sales Growth Accelerate
Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) reported strong third-quarter 2026 results, with revenue rising 18% year over year to $6.8 billion and organic revenue increasing 16%.
Organic bookings jumped 20%, with growth across all segments. Book-to-bill reached 107% and exceeded 100% in every segment, while backlog surged 73% to $12.5 billion. Americas Commercial HVAC backlog increased approximately 80%.
GAAP continuing EPS rose 25% to $4.79, while adjusted continuing EPS also increased 25% to $4.86. Year-to-date free cash flow climbed roughly 60% to $2.8 billion.
The combination of double-digit bookings growth, a book-to-bill ratio above 100% and sharply higher backlog suggests demand remains strong heading into the final quarter of the year.
Trane Technologies raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance while reaffirming its full-year EPS outlook.
Overall, the quarter showed strong demand, broad-based order growth and significant backlog expansion, reinforcing visibility into future revenue while continued cash-flow growth supports the company’s financial flexibility.
