### Coca-Cola Slips 0.43% Despite Strong Q3 Growth and Higher Full-Year Guidance

Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO) shares fell about 0.43% even after the company reported solid third-quarter 2026 growth and raised its full-year outlook.

Net revenue increased 7% to $13.4 billion, while organic revenue also rose 7%. Global unit case volume grew 5%, and the company gained value share in the nonalcoholic ready-to-drink beverage market.

Profitability improved as well. Operating margin expanded to 33.4% from 32.0% a year earlier, while comparable operating margin rose to 32.9% from 31.9%. EPS increased 8% to $0.93, and comparable EPS climbed 11% to $0.91.

Cash generation remained strong, with year-to-date operating cash flow of $12.5 billion and free cash flow of $11.4 billion.

Management raised its 2026 guidance, now expecting organic revenue growth of at least 5% and comparable EPS growth of at least 11%, up from the prior 9%-10% range. Free cash flow guidance was also increased to at least $13.0 billion from approximately $12.4 billion.

The modest 0.43% decline appears to reflect a muted market reaction rather than weakness in the quarter itself, as Coca-Cola delivered healthy volume growth, margin expansion and a stronger full-year outlook.
