Blackstone Jumps 5.4% as Assets Hit $1.37 Trillion and Quarterly Inflows Reach $63 Billion

Blackstone (NYSE: BX) shares rose about 5.4% after the alternative asset manager reported strong third-quarter 2026 fundraising, deployment and earnings, while total assets under management climbed to approximately $1.37 trillion.

Fee Related Earnings reached $1.6 billion, or $1.26 per share, during the quarter. Distributable Earnings were $1.7 billion, or $1.32 per share, while net accrued performance revenues stood at $7.3 billion, or $5.84 per share.

Total assets under management reached $1.368 trillion, including $989.7 billion of fee-earning AUM and $562.3 billion of perpetual capital AUM. The scale of perpetual capital provides Blackstone with a significant base of long-duration assets that can generate recurring management fees.

Fundraising remained robust, with $63.3 billion of inflows during the quarter and $271.6 billion over the last 12 months. Blackstone also deployed $30.1 billion during the quarter, while realizations totaled $33.1 billion, signaling continued transaction activity across its investment platforms.

Over the trailing 12 months, deployment reached $142 billion and realizations totaled $147 billion. Fee Related Earnings over that period were $6.4 billion, or $5.20 per share, while Distributable Earnings reached $7.7 billion, or $5.95 per share.

Blackstone declared a quarterly dividend of $1.12 per share. The firm expects to distribute approximately $1.5 billion to shareholders related to the quarter and has returned $6.7 billion through dividends and share repurchases over the last 12 months.

The 5.4% gain appears to reflect the combination of strong inflows, record-scale assets under management, healthy deployment and realizations, and robust distributable earnings, reinforcing expectations for continued growth in Blackstone's fee-generating asset base.
