Tesla Delivers 486,532 Vehicles in Q3 as Energy Storage Deployments Reach 13.7 GWh
Tesla delivered 486,532 vehicles in the third quarter of 2026, while production totaled 464,391 vehicles.
Model 3 and Model Y accounted for the vast majority of volumes, with production of 457,387 vehicles and deliveries of 478,237. Other models contributed 7,004 vehicles of production and 8,295 deliveries.
Total deliveries exceeded production by more than 22,000 vehicles during the quarter, indicating a reduction in finished-vehicle inventory relative to output.
Tesla also deployed 13.7 GWh of energy storage products in the quarter, highlighting the growing contribution of its energy business alongside automotive operations.
