Servier Adopts Veeva OpenData Across More Than 80 Countries to Support AI Expansion
Veeva Systems announced that French pharmaceutical company Servier is standardizing customer reference data across more than 80 countries using Veeva OpenData, creating a unified data foundation intended to support broader adoption of artificial intelligence.
The deployment builds on Servier’s existing use of Veeva Link Key People and is designed to harmonize customer data across markets, reduce fragmentation and give commercial and medical teams more consistent access to healthcare professional information.
Servier said the initiative will create a globally unified semantic layer and improve connectivity between OpenData and Veeva Link, helping affiliates identify and engage the right healthcare professionals more efficiently.
Veeva OpenData is part of Veeva Data Cloud, which also includes Veeva Link and Veeva Compass. The platform is designed to centralize customer reference data and provide a more standardized foundation for analytics and AI applications.
The agreement reflects the growing importance of data quality and consistency as life sciences companies seek to scale AI across commercial, medical and operational workflows.
