CrowdStrike Brings Falcon Platform to OpenAI Marketplace
CrowdStrike has made its Falcon cybersecurity platform available through the OpenAI Marketplace, expanding its partnership with OpenAI and creating a new purchasing route for enterprise customers.
Eligible OpenAI enterprise customers can now use a portion of their existing OpenAI commitments to procure CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform. The arrangement is designed to make it easier for companies to apply existing AI spending toward cybersecurity tools built around OpenAI models and infrastructure.
The partnership also extends beyond distribution. Falcon Guardian can provide runtime visibility and controls for supported OpenAI Codex agents, helping enterprises monitor agent activity and detect unauthorized or compromised behavior.
At the same time, OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 Cyber is being integrated into the Falcon platform to provide advanced cyber reasoning capabilities. CrowdStrike said the technology will initially support its Frontier AI Readiness and Resilience service before expanding more broadly across Falcon.
The collaboration reflects CrowdStrike’s broader strategy of securing what it calls the “agentic enterprise,” where AI agents increasingly operate across business workflows and infrastructure.
For CrowdStrike, the OpenAI Marketplace listing could also expand customer access to Falcon by allowing enterprises to fund cybersecurity adoption through existing OpenAI commitments, potentially reducing procurement friction and supporting broader platform adoption.
