Meta Expands Muse With New AI Tools for Small Businesses
Meta has expanded its Muse personal AI agent with a new set of capabilities aimed at helping small businesses automate everyday work across marketing, finance, operations and customer engagement.
Muse for Small Business can now connect with a broad range of business tools, including Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe and Zoom, as well as Facebook and Instagram business accounts. Once connected, Muse can use information from those services to understand a company’s products, brand, customers and workflows.
Meta said users can give Muse goals such as finding new customers, reviewing financial performance, analyzing campaigns or preparing growth plans. The agent can also proactively surface tasks that need attention and draft responses or recommendations. Actions such as publishing, sending messages or spending money still require user approval.
The company is also supporting custom connectors, allowing businesses to connect services that are not yet included in Muse’s standard integration list. Meta said more connectors and skills will be added over time.
The expansion positions Muse as a broader business productivity platform rather than only a general-purpose personal AI assistant. By combining access to operational data with task automation, Meta is aiming to make Muse a central interface through which small businesses can manage work across multiple applications.
