Adobe and Jet2 Partner to Bring Agentic AI Personalization to Holiday Travel
Adobe and Jet2 announced a multi-year strategic partnership aimed at using agentic AI to deliver more personalized travel experiences to millions of holidaymakers.
Jet2 will deploy Adobe CX Enterprise and related customer-experience tools to personalize holiday recommendations, offers, messaging and support based on customer preferences and booking behavior. The partnership will draw on Jet2’s 10 million myJet2 customers and Adobe’s customer-experience orchestration technology.
Adobe said the platform will give Jet2 a unified view of customers across supported channels, while tools including Adobe Firefly Foundry and Brand Intelligence will help teams create on-brand content faster and respond to changing travel trends. Jet2 will also use Adobe technology to optimize content for large language models as more travelers use AI-powered search tools to research trips.
The companies are also creating a Jet2 x Adobe Customer Experience Lab, where Adobe Forward Deployed Engineers will work alongside Jet2’s digital, customer and technology teams to develop new AI-powered services. Potential applications include better matching travelers with holidays based on preferences and travel history.
The deal expands Adobe’s push to apply agentic AI beyond content creation and into real-time customer experience orchestration across large consumer businesses.
