Amgen Selects Veeva Vault CRM for Global Deployment
Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced that Amgen plans to deploy Veeva Vault CRM globally, expanding a technology partnership between the two companies that has lasted for more than a decade.
Amgen will use Vault CRM as part of its commercial infrastructure to support the global launch and delivery of new therapies. The company said the platform should help it operate with greater speed and agility as it brings medicines to patients worldwide.
Vault CRM is part of Veeva’s broader Vault CRM Suite, which is designed specifically for life sciences companies and increasingly incorporates agentic AI into commercial workflows. Features include Agentic Call Report, which can generate commercial evidence and help identify potential barriers affecting treatment adoption.
