Broadridge Expands Digital Asset Platform to U.S. Wealth Management Firms

Broadridge has expanded its next-generation digital assets platform to the U.S., enabling wealth managers to offer cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities alongside traditional investments through a unified operating model.

The platform, already available in Canada, will serve U.S. broker-dealers, registered investment advisers and wealth managers. Anchorage Digital and Galaxy Digital are among the initial infrastructure providers supporting the offering, with services spanning custody, wallets, liquidity and compliance.

Broadridge’s platform supports cryptocurrencies as well as tokenized real-world assets, including equities, funds and private investments. It accommodates both advisor-led and self-directed investing while integrating with existing recordkeeping systems, regulatory reporting, tax, governance and compliance processes.

The expansion is designed to make it easier for wealth managers to integrate digital assets into their existing operations rather than maintaining separate infrastructure for crypto and traditional investments. Broadridge’s DLX tokenization platform also supports issuance, trading, financing, settlement and servicing of tokenized securities.

Broadridge said its Distributed Ledger Repo platform currently tokenizes more than $351 billion in real assets per day, highlighting the growing institutional scale of its digital asset infrastructure.
