Atlassian Stock Rises 4.1% as Mizuho Sets $215 Price Target

Atlassian shares rose 4.1% to $187.12 on Monday after Mizuho set a $215 price target on the enterprise software company. The target implies roughly 15% upside from the current share price.

Atlassian is benefiting from renewed interest in software companies positioned to capitalize on enterprise AI adoption. Its Jira, Confluence and developer-focused products are deeply embedded in software-development and workplace workflows, giving the company opportunities to integrate AI directly into tools customers already use.

AI-driven software development could be particularly important for Atlassian. As companies increasingly deploy coding agents and automated development tools, demand may grow for platforms that coordinate projects, developers and AI agents while providing governance and visibility across the software-development lifecycle.

Atlassian also has a substantial recurring subscription business, while its ongoing cloud transition provides opportunities for higher-value products and deeper customer adoption. Monday’s 4.1% gain suggests the positive analyst view and optimism around Atlassian’s role in AI-enabled enterprise software are supporting the shares.
