Broadridge Launches DLX Platform for 24/7 Tokenized Financial Markets
Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR) launched DLX, a new digital asset infrastructure platform designed to connect traditional financial markets with tokenized and blockchain-based markets.
The platform provides financial institutions with multi-chain connectivity, programmable smart contracts and 24/7 transaction capabilities. It supports the full lifecycle of tokenized assets, including issuance, trading, settlement, servicing, custody, governance and distribution across asset classes such as bonds, equities, funds, private-market assets and money-market instruments.
DLX builds on Broadridge’s existing Distributed Ledger Repo platform, which already processes more than $350 billion in daily activity. The new platform expands that infrastructure beyond repo and collateral markets into a broader range of tokenized financial assets.
Broadridge said DLX can integrate tokenized activity with existing institutional workflows while supporting self-custody, third-party custody and hybrid models, reducing the complexity financial firms face when operating across traditional and blockchain infrastructure.
