Oracle Stock Gains 2.7% as Morgan Stanley and RBC Reiterate Positive Ratings

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) shares rose about 2.7% as analysts at Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets reiterated positive ratings on the enterprise software and cloud computing company.

Morgan Stanley analyst Keith Weiss maintained a Positive rating on Oracle with a $210 price target, implying roughly 33% upside from the stock’s indicated price of $158.28.

RBC Capital Markets analyst Rishi Jaluria reiterated a Sector Perform rating with a $190 price target, representing approximately 20% upside.

AI and Cloud Position Support Oracle Sentiment

The ratings come as Oracle strengthens its position in the cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence markets. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure has become an increasingly important competitor in AI computing, benefiting from demand for high-performance infrastructure needed to train and deploy large AI models.

Oracle also combines its cloud infrastructure with a large installed base across databases and enterprise software, giving the company opportunities to capture AI-related spending from existing corporate customers.

The 2.7% gain suggests positive sentiment around Oracle, with both analysts maintaining constructive price targets even as their ratings reflect different levels of conviction.
