Marvell Stock Rises 5.6% as Analysts Raise Price Targets on AI Data Center Strength

Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) shares rose about 5.6% on Tuesday as multiple Wall Street firms issued bullish analyst updates, reinforcing optimism around the semiconductor company's exposure to the AI data-center buildout.

Susquehanna analyst Christopher Rolland raised the firm's price target on Marvell to $265 from $230 while maintaining a Positive rating. Rosenblatt Securities analyst Sajal Dogra was even more bullish, lifting the price target to $300 from $240 while maintaining a Buy rating. HC Wainwright also reiterated its Buy rating.

With Marvell trading around $242.16, Rosenblatt's $300 target implies roughly 24% upside.

Why Is MRVL Stock Rising?

The cluster of bullish analyst reports appears to be supporting Tuesday's rally, with two firms substantially increasing their expectations for the stock while maintaining positive ratings.

Marvell's strategic position in AI infrastructure is an important part of the investment case. The company supplies data-center connectivity and networking technologies and has become increasingly important in custom silicon, where hyperscale cloud companies are developing specialized chips for AI workloads.

This gives Marvell exposure not only to rising AI computing demand but also to the broader infrastructure required to connect increasingly large clusters of accelerators inside data centers.

The higher targets from Susquehanna and Rosenblatt suggest greater confidence in Marvell's ability to benefit from continued hyperscaler AI investment and demand for custom silicon and high-speed connectivity.

Tuesday's 5.6% gain therefore appears closely tied to the positive analyst sentiment and Marvell's increasingly important position within the AI semiconductor and data-center ecosystem.
