# Iron Mountain Expands Consumer Storage Business With Clutter Relaunch
Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) announced the relaunch of Clutter by Iron Mountain, positioning the service as a premium, technology-enabled alternative to traditional self-storage.
The redesigned service provides an end-to-end storage solution covering packing, pickup, transportation, secure storage and return delivery. Customers can also use an AI-enhanced digital inventory platform to view photos of stored belongings and arrange on-demand delivery.
## Expanding Beyond Traditional Storage
The initiative extends Iron Mountain’s expertise in secure asset management into the consumer market. Clutter is targeting customers seeking greater convenience and security than conventional self-storage, including urban residents, families, homeowners undergoing renovations and older adults downsizing.
The service is now available across more than 25 major U.S. and Canadian metropolitan markets, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Miami and Toronto.
For Iron Mountain, the relaunch represents an effort to leverage its established logistics, security infrastructure and brand reputation to build a differentiated position in managed consumer storage.
