Veeva Systems Expands Lilly Partnership With Global Vault CRM Rollout
Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced that Eli Lilly and Company has selected Veeva Vault CRM for deployment across its global operations, expanding the companies’ existing strategic relationship.
Vault CRM is part of Veeva’s CRM Suite and is designed to support an AI-enabled commercial model for life sciences companies. The platform combines CRM applications, data and agentic AI capabilities aimed at improving interactions between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals.
Lilly said the transition to Vault CRM will support its efforts to bring new medicines to more patients worldwide.
The selection represents a significant customer win for Veeva given Lilly’s scale as a global pharmaceutical company. It also reinforces Veeva’s position in life-sciences cloud software as the company expands AI capabilities across its commercial platform.
