The company also continued expanding its AI ecosystem through deeper collaborations with Cisco and NVIDIA, while accelerating capacity additions with 52 data center projects currently under development across 33 markets.

Management raised its full-year 2026 outlook, now expecting revenue between $10.21 billion and $10.29 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $5.21 billion to $5.27 billion. Equinix also lifted its long-term outlook for 2027-2029, increasing its expected annual revenue growth to 10-13%, up from the previous 7-10% range, while forecasting stronger AFFO per-share growth as AI-driven demand continues to accelerate.
The company also significantly increased its planned capital investment to support expanding customer demand and committed capacity across its global platform.
