**Jabil Rallies 4% After Strong Earnings and Higher Full-Year Guidance**

Jabil (NYSE: JBL) shares rose 4% after the electronics manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider reported better-than-expected third-quarter results and raised its fiscal 2026 outlook, driven by surging demand for AI infrastructure.

The company reported third-quarter revenue of $8.8 billion and non-GAAP earnings of $3.16 per share, exceeding management's expectations. Core operating income reached $504 million, reflecting continued margin strength across the business.

The biggest driver of investor enthusiasm was Jabil's growing exposure to artificial intelligence infrastructure. CEO Mike Dastoor said AI infrastructure demand remains "extremely strong," prompting the company to significantly increase its full-year AI-related revenue outlook. The comments reinforce the view that Jabil is emerging as a key beneficiary of the ongoing buildout of AI data centers and computing infrastructure.

Beyond AI, the company also reported improving performance in previously challenged segments, including Automotive and Connected Living, highlighting the benefits of its diversified business model. Management noted that stronger execution across multiple end markets helped drive revenue, margin, earnings, and free cash flow above expectations.

Reflecting the strong quarter, Jabil raised its fiscal 2026 guidance. The company now expects full-year revenue of approximately $35 billion, core operating margins of 5.8%, core earnings per share of $12.70, and adjusted free cash flow exceeding $1.4 billion.

Jabil also provided an upbeat outlook for the fourth quarter, forecasting revenue of $9.2 billion to $10.0 billion and non-GAAP earnings per share of $3.80 to $4.20, signaling confidence that strong demand trends will continue through the remainder of the fiscal year.

The positive market reaction reflects growing investor confidence that Jabil's manufacturing expertise and exposure to AI infrastructure spending position the company to benefit from one of the technology sector's strongest long-term growth trends while maintaining healthy profitability and cash generation.
