Iron Mountain Incorporated reported strong first-quarter 2026 results, with revenue reaching $1.9 billion, up 21.6% year over year, 18.6% excluding FX effects. Organic revenue grew 17.2% compared to the same period last year.

Net income rose sharply to $149 million from $16 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA increased 22.1% to $708 million. The company also generated AFFO of $426 million, or $1.43 per share, marking a 22% year-over-year increase.

Growth was primarily driven by the company’s data center, digital, and asset lifecycle management segments, which collectively expanded by more than 50% year over year. Iron Mountain highlighted strong momentum in data center leasing and increased its full-year 2026 financial guidance, citing robust operational performance and continued demand across its core and growth businesses.
