Danaher reported first-quarter 2026 results showing steady revenue growth and strong earnings performance, driven by operational execution and innovation.
Revenue increased 3.5% year-on-year to $6.0 billion, while adjusted earnings per share rose 9.5% to $2.06. Net earnings totaled $1.0 billion, or $1.45 per share. The company also generated solid cash flow, with $1.3 billion in operating cash flow and $1.1 billion in free cash flow.
Performance was supported by strength in Bioprocessing and Life Sciences, partially offset by weaker demand at Cepheid due to a lighter respiratory season.
Danaher also announced plans to acquire Masimo, aiming to enhance its healthcare technology portfolio and drive long-term growth. Reflecting its strong start to the year, the company raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $8.35–$8.55 while maintaining expectations for 3%–6% core revenue growth.
