Honeywell International Inc. announced it will sell its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation for $1.4 billion in an all-cash transaction.

The divestiture is part of Honeywell’s broader portfolio simplification strategy, as the company prepares for the planned spin-off of its aerospace division in the third quarter of 2026. The move follows a strategic review initiated in 2025 and marks a key step in Honeywell’s multi-year transformation to focus on core operations.

PSS, which generated approximately $1.1 billion in revenue in 2025, provides mobile computers, barcode scanners, and printing solutions for warehouse and logistics customers. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Brady’s capabilities in data capture, mobile computing, and workflow automation, creating a more integrated platform for industrial and supply chain applications.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
