ServiceNow unveiled new AI-driven solutions for the manufacturing sector, aiming to connect the entire value chain—from factory floor operations to front-office functions—on a single platform.

The new offerings integrate quality management, warranty claims, order operations, and complex product configuration into unified workflows, enabling end-to-end AI execution rather than fragmented automation. Key features include AI-powered fraud detection in warranty claims, voice-enabled order management, and configuration tools that simplify complex product quoting.

ServiceNow also introduced “Industrial Connected Workforce” and “EmployeeWorks,” designed to digitize frontline operations, preserve institutional knowledge, and provide workers with a conversational AI interface to handle tasks across IT, HR, and facilities.
