GE HealthCare announced an expanded collaboration with DeepHealth, a subsidiary of RadNet, to advance the global adoption of AI-powered breast cancer screening solutions.

The partnership builds on an earlier initiative by integrating DeepHealth’s AI-driven Breast Suite with GE HealthCare’s mammography systems, aiming to improve diagnostic accuracy, workflow efficiency, and early cancer detection. The enhanced platform includes tools such as automated lesion detection, density assessment, and AI-assisted case prioritization.

Clinical data cited in the release indicates that the AI-powered workflow can increase breast cancer detection rates by around 21%, with even higher improvements for patients with dense breast tissue. The companies plan to expand access to these technologies globally, supporting more scalable and efficient screening programs.
